Meet our Founder & Director Sebastian Fernandez, from the vibrant city of Stockholm, Sweden.
Sebastian’s journey into real estate commenced with property development ventures in his native country Sweden. However, it was during a period of market downturn that he recognised the potential to leave his mark elsewhere. With a vision to transform Marbella into something truly exceptional, Sebastian seized the opportunity and embarked on a journey to reshape the real estate landscape in the Spanish coastal city.
As the Director, Sebastian’s role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities. From strategic decision-making to hands-on project management, he embraces every aspect of the business. While he may not boast traditional qualifications, Sebastian proudly declares that his ADHD serves as his superpower, providing him with a unique perspective and ability to keep up with the fastest pace industry of Marbella.
Outside of work, Sebastian finds fulfillment in his love for sports, playing padel with the team and pushing his limits in the gym. Also spending time with family and friends having been raised in a close-knit family, Sebastian’s values of loyalty and support extend beyond his professional endeavors, driving him to always be there for his loved ones.
